3CX is a software PBX which installs on a Windows platform. Unlike other proprietary PBX, 3CX allows you to re-use whatever infrastructure you might already have. It also has the ability to talk to phone gateways such as analog or digital gateways to allow you to scale your phone system without pricy module upgrades. It also integrates with Outlook and Exchange server as well as our Base Element CRM software.
