In a nutshell, VoIP allows you to make phone calls over the Internet as opposed to traditional means through a normal phone line. VoIP naturally means much cheaper call rates.
To use VoIP you’ll need a broadband connection, and a couple of VoIP devices depending on your office size and number of phones.
