There are many of them out there and some of them have really cheap call rates. We’ve done our homework as well in choosing the right provider to recommend to you. The catch is that some providers have their servers overseas. Meaning that when you or the phone system tries to connect to the server, it goes through layers and layers of routers and different networks to reach the server. On a good day, that may be fine, but at times, you’ll find that there are voice drop outs. We recommend using Engin as you will connect to a local server and we can configure QOS based on their connection. QOS is discussed on a later topic.
