The great thing about 3CX is that it runs on normal intel based machines with Windows OS installed. So, to upgrade the performance, it’ll most proobably mean adding in a new processor or some more memory. This is a relatively easy task to do and your IT administrator would be able to do that. If you wish to migrate to a new server, the process is fairly straightforward. 3CX has a backup and restore functionality which allows backing up all voicemails, digital receptionists and other configurations and restore.
